4. Do you prescribe hormones?

No. Coaching and education only. No hormone prescriptions.

5. How is this different from going to my doctor?

Doctors diagnose and prescribe. RHW helps you organize your life, habits, stress patterns, and daily behaviors so your health becomes intentional rather than reactive.

This is about building stability — not chasing symptoms.
